The Crystallization Reactor is a device designed to achieve high purity CBD on a large scale using a simplified process. It utilizes chilled glycol water to rapidly cool down the jacket surrounding the reactor, aiding in the crystallization process. The type of jacket used, the design of the agitator, and the outlet configuration all play crucial roles in its functionality.
Full Jacket:
Our tanks are equipped with a full jacket to ensure durability and withstand the fatigue caused by frequent cooling and heating cycles. This allows for convenient operation at the optimal temperature and cycle frequency.
Sanitary Mechanical Seal:
We incorporate the most advanced type of seal used in the mixing industry – the sanitary mechanical seal. These seals can handle high pressures, provide nearly leak-free operation, and require minimal maintenance.
Tank Volume:
Our tanks range in volume from 60 gallons to 5,000 gallons and can be customized to meet the specific needs of industries such as pharmaceutical, dairy products, food, chemical, beverage, and other industrial materials.
Design Parameters:
Our tanks are designed to handle various operating conditions. The design pressure ranges from full vacuum to 60+ PSI, and the design temperature ranges from -20ºF to 320ºF.
Materials Used:
The interior of our tanks is made of 316LSS, which provides excellent resistance to corrosion. The full jacket, used for cooling or heating purposes, is made of 304SS. The exterior cladding is also made of 304SS to ensure durability. Insulation materials such as PU or Rockwool are used to maintain the desired temperature within the tank. The legs of the tank are made of 304SS for stability and support.
Connections:
For convenient operation, our tanks are equipped with flange or tri-clamp connections for inlet and outlet openings.
Surface Finish:
The surface finish of our tanks is of high-quality. We offer various finish types such as mechanical/electrolytic polishing, sandblasting, and pickling. The inner surface finish has a precision of Ra <0.4µm, while the outer surface finish has a precision of Ra 0.6µm. This ensures a smooth and clean surface, preventing contamination and making cleaning easier.
