Our extraction equipment is exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and dozens of other countries worldwide. Our annual production capacity can fulfill dozens of medium-to-large turnkey extraction projects with stable annual sales performance.

All equipment comes with a 12-month warranty. Overseas on-site installation guidance and operator training can be arranged on charges. We offer lifelong technical consultation and spare parts supply.

Our engineering team consists of specialists with over 10 years of experience in pressure vessel manufacturing and botanical extraction technology. We provide free layout optimization and turnkey project design according to clients’ raw material characteristics, production capacity and plant dimensions.

Simple tanks requuires 2-3 weeks. Tanks with jacket and/or agitation requires 6-8 weeks.

Modular skid equipment requires 17 to 21 weeks based on customized needs and finalized drawings and configurations.

Four core inspection procedures are executed: incoming raw material inspection, non-destructive weld testing, tank hydrostatic & air tightness test and complete machine trial run. Test records are archived for every unit, and defective products are prohibited from shipment.

Original mill certificates for SS304/SS316 stainless steel are provided as standard. All equipment is designed in accordance with cGMP and FDA requirements. ASME and PED certification is available on request for pressure vessels, with full traceable documentation delivered alongside goods to support clients’ overseas registration and factory audit.

We operate self-owned standardized production workshops for stainless steel equipment with full in-house production; all fabrication is completed internally without outsourcing. Global customers are welcome to book on-site factory visits and witness finished equipment pressure testing.
