Purpose
The equipment is applicable to the operations such as decoction of plants and animals at normal pressure and high pressure, warm soaking, hot reflux, forced circulation, percolation, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery in pharmacy, biology, beverage, food, chemical industry, etc.
It is especially suitable for dynamic extraction or counter-current extraction, with short operating time and a high liquid medicine content.
Accessories
The tank body is equipped with the CIP automatic rotary spray cleaning ball, thermometer, pressure gauge, explosion-proof sight lamp, sight glass, quick-open type feeding inlet and etc., ensuring easy operation and complying with the GMP standard.
The contact part is made of imported 304 or 316L.

Rotary type & Large-diameter residue discharging door
The tank cover can be automatically opened and closed. High temperature and high pressure extraction can be realized, and more than 3Bar can be achieved in the swivel type product.
It provides more selection for extracting technology. It can also meet some special technological requirements.
With good safety and reliability, it has sufficient safety guarantee functions and the extracting tank has no leakage.
Filtering method Cylinder side & bottom drain door filtration
For the liquid with high viscosity and difficult to be filtered, the tank side filtering method will be used.
The strainer is installed on the cylinder wall and the medicinal materials will not press and paste on the filter net, so the filter is more unobstructed.
The filter is a long hole – shaped stainless steel mesh with laser glazing. The bottom of the filter using two layers, lower support mesh, upper stainless steel mesh board, net board covered with 0.6×10mm long hole, compared with mat woven mesh, long hole mesh board is more difficult to block, filter unobstructed, stainless steel polishing durable for 6-8 years do not replace.
Multi-function vertical extraction tank is wildly used for liquid-solid extraction of medical plants, mushrooms, coffee, herb oils and such plants. It is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard (NB/T 47003.1-2009), strictly meeting GMP certificate requirements, if jacket is heated by pressured steam, AMSE or PED will also be applied.
316 Extraction tank can be used as mushroom extraction tank, coffee extraction tank and herbs extraction system. Agitator or jacket type (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with the jacket and insulation layer) can be customized. Inner wall of tank body transition section adopts circular arc transition, no dead corner, easy to clean. Tank inner wall are mirror polished, meeting the GMP standard.
Multi-function vertical extraction tanks can be designed as positive conical tank, mushroom type tanks, cylindrical tanks, oblique conical tanks and inverted conical tanks according to the customer’s requirements.
Tank size from 2000L~8000L, also it can be designed and customized according to the customers’ requirements

- Connector uses tri-clamp, inner tank use SS304 or SS316L, the inner surface mirror polishing Ra≤0.28 µ m~0.6 µm. Outer Surface can be polished, wiredrawn, sandblasted according to customer’s requirement
