Fermentation Tank

The fermentation tanks use certified stainless-steel material. All tanks and jackets inspected and pressure tested to 3 times operating pressure. The dimension of the tanks can be designed according to customer’s requirement. Tank design pressure is 0.4Mpa and testing pressure is 0.3Mpa.

 

Product advantages:

  1.  304 stainless steel plate as a whole, top grade SS sheet.
  2. Dimple jacket for maximize cooling.
  3. Two stage cooling mode.
  4. The insulation layer material is high-grade polyurethane with a thickness of 80mm-100mm.
  5. Polishing accuracy up to Ra0.4μ m.
  6. Strict tank pressure test.
  7. Energy conservation and pollution emissions.

 

Fermenter specification:

  1. The main material is the SUS304 stainless steel;
  2. Standard model:100L-10000L;
  3. Top is stainless steel dished head, bottom is 60°conical design, easy to discharge yeast, 100% TIG welding, clean and polish
  4. Design pressure of 0.2MPa, the test pressure 0.4 MPa
  5. 3-4 stainless steel leg, height and level can be adjusted
  6. Inner jacket thickness 3mm, insulation is Polyurethane (PU), thickness 60-100mm, outer jacket thickness 2mm; Cleaning the inner surfaces, polished to 0.4um
  7. Configure the appropriate standard models sanitary clamp type connector according the tank;
  8. Configuring the vacuum valve/pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, thermometer, sampling valves, lifting lugs, side or top manhole, 360 °CIP ball;
  9. Double glycol inlet and outlet, dimple jacket for cooling;
  10. Racking arm for beer outlet;
  11. Standard clamp-type hops adding port
  12. Electronic thermometer sensor connector.

Beer Fermentation Tank be designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard (NB/T 47003.1-2009), strictly meet to GMP certificate requirements. 

Beer Fermentation Tank use vertical circular tank body, the top is standard ellipsoidal head, the bottom is 60°~90° inclination of conical head. 

Wine Fermentation Tank strictly follows the pressure vessel (GB150-2011) and steel welding atmospheric vessel (NB/T 47003.1-2009) requirements for the design, manufacture and acceptance.

Wine Fermentation Tank use vertical circular tank body, the top is standard conical head, and top of tank body is equipped with dimple Jacket which can be pumped in the cooling medium for circulating cooling. The lower of tank set mesh, filtering effect is better, the bottom is 60°~ 90° inclination of conical head.

It is not only good tor wine/bear liquid to bi-directional flow fast fermentation, but also is conducive to discharge yeast and impurity. Tank body and the bottom head is equipped with the jacket and insulation layer.

If removing the jacket and insulation layers, this tank can also be used as stainless steel wine tanks.

Sanitary grade of SUS304/SUS316L Stainless Steel Vendor: Shanghai Bao Steel Group Corporation or equivalent supplier.

In order to keep the raw materials organized and make sure proper material will be used, we insist asking the material vendor to provide original material test report. Also, we will do in-coming tests to ensure the material is qualified:

  • Metal spectrum analyzer
  • Thickness gauge
  • Roughness detector

All designing, manufacturing and inspection processes are performed according to GB150-1998. ISO9001 Quality Management System Standard will also be applied throughout the entire manufacture process.

Yes, with our certified workshop and excellent welding technics, we can provide you with high quality ASME or PED pressurized equipment.

As multiple tests and inspections are required, lead time of such equipment is longer than normal pressure equipment, it usually takes 18 to 20 weeks to finish.

Plasma welding machine imported from Germany will be used for tank longitude and girth welding and fillet welding to make sure the welding seam smooth and even.

Also, GTAW welding technology will be applied, inert gas concentration is 99.999%. Different welding wire ER316L or ER308 will be applied for different material of SS plate.

For particular circumstances, electric-arc welding will be applied. Welding material used for:

S304-S304: A102; S316L-S316L: A022; Different SS: A302.

Welding seam between jacket and vessel shall be NDT inspected according to JB4730-94 to ensure the impermeability and long service life.

For single tank, it takes around 3-5 weeks to deliver.

For integrated systems, it normally takes 18 to 20 weeks to deliver.

Plastic wrap film should be applied around the entire equipment.

Electrical parts should be disassembled and packed in crates if possible, otherwise it should be fully protected from water or any kind of potential damage in shipping.

Tank will be put down and sitting on a CS frame support, steel wire will be used for fasten tank to support. Rubber should be applied to where steel wire is touching the equipment.

When fixing the equipment in container, multiple fixing belts and/or steel wires should be used to make sure no movement of equipment.

Yes, we will.

Equipment will be thoroughly washed before packing. Water used for washing should not have chloridion content more than 25mg/L to avoid damage of stainless-steel surface. Water stains must be cleaned once washing is finished.

Normally we will ship the equipment by sea due to the weight of it.

Air shipping is also an option, but it will cost more.
